1. Overview

At JRHR Consulting, we aim to ensure client satisfaction through transparent and high-quality HR consulting, outsourcing, and recruitment services. However, as our services involve customized professional work and advisory efforts, refund eligibility is limited to specific conditions as stated below.

2. Service Nature

Our services are tailored to each client’s business requirements. Once a service engagement or project has begun, it involves time, expertise, and dedicated resources. Therefore, refunds are not generally provided after work has commenced.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project or service has not yet started after payment.
  • JRHR Consulting fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline (unless delays were caused by the client).
  • Duplicate payment or overpayment due to technical issues.
  • A written cancellation request is submitted before the project kickoff or resource allocation.

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@jrhr.de within 7 days of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once consulting or recruitment work has started.
  • Delay in project delivery due to client unavailability, incomplete information, or communication delays.
  • Dissatisfaction due to change of business decision or preference after project initiation.
  • Completed services, reports, or deliverables already provided to the client.
  • Subscription or retainer fees for ongoing HR outsourcing plans.

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Bank transfer or transaction processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project or service before completion, JRHR Consulting must be notified in writing.
Partial refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on work completed and resources utilized up to the cancellation date.
